My name is Valentina,

and I have always loved getting creatively messy with people.
Helping to find what’s real, to dig into what’s stopping us from
moving forward and find a way to get us putting one foot in front
of the other safely again.
Listening, talking, breathing, guiding – feeling and hearing what
needs to be said. I teach humans how to get into their bodies and
trust their intuition – I believe these are key elements for
developing self love.

One reason people don’t honour their intuition is fear of the change it will
cause and the uncertainty of how they’ll be able to move through it. I support
my clients to honour the little and the big things in front of them and help
them move through them, while learning to love themselves through the
process.

By sharing my own story online, I have had the great
privilege of connecting with people from all over the world. I take pride in knowing that my honesty about the challenges with fertility
pregnancy and motherhood has helped other women have the courage
to openly share their own journeys without feeling ashamed or alone..

I am a mothering creature with all of my being. I completed a Continuing Education course through the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto that focused on our body’s natural ability to nurture a growing baby through nutritional and holistic practices. I am a Certified Breathwork Facilitator through completing all levels of David Elliott’s Healer Training series. In my sessions, I teach a 3-part, fast-paced breathing pattern.

I love cooking and baking most (but I don’t follow recipes all that well). I love taking baths, going for walks with my girls, digging in the earth and hosting seasonal dinners – hopefully I’ll be able to do that again
soon!

I started Lovefestjourney as a place to share my own
experience in healing my body from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and eventually get pregnant. Through a series of wild adventures and a whole lot of hard work, I balanced my hormones, became pregnant twice and gave birth to my two daughters.

Through a guided breathwork meditation I will help you tap into your own power. Together, I will help you give yourself permission to feel into your body and breathe out what doesn’t serve you anymore. By creating a safe container, I will help you to open up to what you are wanting to create and allow yourself to illuminate the things you are wanting to fill your hearts and body with.

What Exactly is BreathWork?

What exactly is breathwork?

Breathwork is an active meditation, in which we use the breath along
with music to help the mind release and connect to the body.

It is the practice of changing your breathing pattern to move your
mental, emotional and physical state – it is anchored in a heart space.
When I say this I mean that we will only go as far as you want to go –
when you show up fully with your heart, magic can happen. If
anything at any point feels to be too much, you can step out of the
experience at any time by just returning to a normal breath.

You are the one who knows your body best so I will always
encourage you to breathe along with me or the group but if at any
point you feel the need to stop or just lay and absorb the spacial
energy in a quiet way, please know that that is always available.

Creating a space that you feel safe and
comfortable in is just as meaningful as what
we’re doing, so that you feel able to release and
let go and embrace what may come up. Know
that you are in control of your own body and
that you only have to go as far as you feel
comfortable – I am here to create the space but
you’re here to make the magic happen,
whatever that might look like.

I believe it’s time to get messy. To be honest.
To laugh a lot, to shed some tears and to
genuinely open ourselves up and breathe into
what’s stagnant.

A Place to Learn
to Love Your
Whole Self

If I could pick one thing that’s stood as a strong and stable practice in my life,
it would be connecting to my breath. It is a practice I love because I can see
how quickly and powerfully it gets right to the heart of what so many of us
are hoping to feel.

My goal is to help you let go of what you don’t need.
To help you rebalance the body from holding on to too much for too long.
To help you find a calm place for things to move within.
And above all to help you to learn to love your whole self just a little bit more.
