If any of you have followed on instagram (@lovefestjourney) you can see I’ve been talking a lot about slow living and the journey. Two things that are super important to me and help me to take deep breaths and slow down everyday.
Up to a month ago I would wake up every day with this tight all too familiar feeling in my chest. Something that wouldn’t go away unless I took the time to breathe and center myself before starting each day. I still wake up every morning and try my best to do this. Clearing your system and starting each day with belly breathing is one of the things I would recommend to anyone who has a tendency to feel anxious or stressed as soon as they wake up in the morning.
I mentioned in my previous post about a 21 day Holistic Eating and Living Journey. This could seriously work for ANYONE, but I’m gearing it to ladies who are curious about coming off birth control with the intention of regaining control of their cycles and eventually having a tiny person around. It’s not complicated. It’s not fussy, it’s a simple whole way of nourishing your body and your mind. I am not a holistic nutritionist (yet!) but this is information I’ve picked up along the way that has helped me and I hope will help you!
The things we will be starting with will be eating for you – a nourishing and wholesome way to eat while you come off birth control to help to provide as many nourishing foods and techniques as I can! Things we will be focusing on will be foods, teas, yoga, and other small daily adventures that will hopefully help you to feel a little more balanced!
