Well to start with there is a tiny person growing inside me. FOR REAL. I feel like it’s still not real so just bear with me. 

At 17 weeks we’re growing. I’m not noticeably big but there is most definitely something growing inside. I’m feeling more confident, more beautiful and more strong. Now that we’ve shared the news with all our people it is slowly starting to feel like it is really happening. I’m trying to just create time to bond and breathe with the baby every day because I honestly do feel like the luckiest person. I know how hard it is to get here. I know what it feels like to want this. That’s why I created this space. 

My halfway point is Christmas which feels sort of like a dream. We found out just around our two year wedding anniversary. My belly will most likely ‘pop’ in the coming weeks so I will be nice and round for cozy nights in front of the fire with my family. And even more awesome, is that I get to look forward to a delicious Spring filled with sunshine and walks and new-ness. 

Here’s to all the LFJ ladies that are working hard to get their bodies ready for pregnancy or who have been trying for a while. If there’s anything you’re curious about or want to know about feel free to ask and I’ll do my best to figure out the answer. In the mean time, keep knocking boots!
