I know it’s been forever since I’ve talked about food, and it’s not because it isn’t important to me anymore, it just sort of temporarily fell out of love with me for a while there. I wanted to post a few sweet and savoury recipes I’ve been dying to try that still fit with the 21 day holistic eating and living journey ( for the most part!). Check them out below. One in particular I can’t wait to try is the chickpea and quinoa burger with halloumi – for some reason the texture of ‘squeaky cheese’ (as Jeff lovingly refers to it) is totally making my day right now.
