I can’t wait to feel settled and unpacked. To have my record player back. My favorite mug. To light a fire. To go for a walk and to hold someones hand.
I am so excited to embrace a new 21 day Holistic Eating and Living Journey – stay tuned for when we’re going to get going. I can hardly wait to start focusing on eating for us, eating for babies, and eating for fertility. Focusing on slowing our minds down, but most of all focusing on nourishing ourselves inside and out.
