I made this granola two years ago as a Christmas gift for co-workers and it was so delicious I’m going to make it again this year. It’s also an awesome grain free alternative for those who have an allergy.
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 egg or Egg Replacer
1 cup raw brown sugar
1/4 cup blackstrap molasses
2 cups whole wheat flour
