You’re okay.

Repeat after me.

YOU ARE OKAY.

 

You are more than okay. You are perfect just the way you are. There is nothing wrong with you. There might be an imbalance in your body but there is nothing wrong with you. You  are okay. 

 

This is something that I’m still trying to make sense of and remember and appreciate every day but it’s not easy. There are so many things that can make us feel completely and utterly not okay. And for me, it’s important to recognize what is going on in your body (whether something is working or not working) that it is not a reflection that something is wrong with you but merely something that is not quite balanced in your body. Something that needs a chance to heal and be brought back to balance. 

Take the time to find the people that can help you find balance again. There are so many amazing health practitioners out there and a lot that are focused on cycles, fertility and pregnancy.
